Project

Treatment and processing system of plastic material destined to recycle. The process is divided into various stations, from the cleaning, to the selection of the material to be discarded or to be processed. The realization of plastic material flakes ready for the processing concludes the cycle.

Distinctive elements

The plant is built with joint of various advanced technologies. The system is controlled by an only one PLC panel which command all the different zones. Each area is equipped with its own command and control panel. On special consoles, located in strategic areas of the plant, it is possible to parameterize and control the entire productive process via PC Client and HMI. The architecture of the network for the control of all the stations takes place via the Profinet protocol.

Customers benefits

Completely automated system control, since all panels are networked together, it is possible to view and modify the parameters on the appropriate consoles and / or from the local operator station in order to manage production effectively (in real time). The plant is designed to be managed remotely using WAN TCP-IP connection or local WI-Fi network, ensuring the acquisition of process data and system management even in the absence of a wired LAN / WAN connection.
