Project

The project involves a treatment line of empty pallet stacks through a destacker that creates stacks of pallets compatible with warehouse shelving. Pallet stacks are brought to a deck that directs them to the correct shelf previously communicated by the company MES based on the description. The pile is deposited in the shelf through the use of a shuttle.

Description of the supply

Design and executive engineering Hardware and software with the supply of electrical distribution and automation panels for the management and control of the entire system.

Technology used

Automha battery powered shuttle management in profinet via wifi radio channel. The system configuration is carried out with two Siemens S7 1500 masters that also manage the safety part, 3 Siemens HMI (1 mobile panel), SEW traslo control system, Siemens Wifi scalance, profinet network with 20 handling and 1000 point management inverters digital.

Distinctive elements

The system is able to manage withdrawals and product deposits from even very long shelves with the use of a single move to service the plan by taking advantage of the capacity to take and deposit in depth the battery-powered wireless shuttle.

The complete integration has allowed us to eliminate the use of forklifts and optimize the overall dimensions for the storage of the platforms and to orient the personnel on activities with higher added value.
