Description of the supply

Supply of automation panels in INOX AISI 304 steel with IP65 degree of protection for command and control of centrifuges for purification and depuration.

Distinctive elements

The electrical panels were made with the joint of various advanced technologies. Each machine is managed by PLC and HMI 15″ in which is possible to set the commands of all the individual users, define all the necessary parameters for the proper functioning and view the data from the centrifuge control system. Every electrical panel is equipped with a UPS continuity group, energy-meter interface for consumptions analysis, 3G/4G router for remote control and GPS locator.

Remote system management using WAN TCP-IP connection or a GSM phone SIM with 3G/4G access, ensuring the acquisition of process data and plant management also without wired LAN / WAN connection.
