S71500 PLC, SICK Safety System, SEW IP67 inverter with SNI technology, high efficiency SEW motors with permanent magnets, 3D IFM vision system, Festo valve assemblies in Profinet.

Distinctive elements

Integration of 4 processing lines each of which consists of 46 inverters, 2 CPUs, 8 decentralized nodes, connected to the profinet network via 7 Scalance switches, use of 3 HMIs. The total managed I / O points are over 4000.
