The Senior Software Designer develops and manages projects with a high degree of complexity independently or more often by coordinating a development team in all its phases, from design to commissioning, in order to obtain complete customer satisfaction.
The main activities of this professional figure will be:

• Plan the activity for the client with the related cost implications
• Coordinate the team members assigned to the project

The Senior Programmer must constantly dialogue and interact with all the company functions and in particular with the department manager.
The skills needed to play the role are many and span different fields.
The Senior Programmer must possess specialized skills in design techniques, as well as in-depth knowledge of the characteristics of the products he is dealing with.
In addition, considerable skills are required, such as the ability to determine and manage budgets, to contribute to the definition of commercial objectives, to organize and supervise the work of the entire staff that takes care of the activities for which it is responsible.

The Software Junior Designer develops and manages projects with a medium – low degree of complexity in autonomy, also collaborating on projects of higher degree of complexity, coordinated in this case by a senior software designer, in order to obtain complete customer satisfaction.
The main activities of this professional figure will be:

• Design and test the assigned orders in an operational manner
• Plan the activity for the client with the related cost implications

The Junior Software Designer must constantly dialogue and interact with the Senior Software Designer and the department manager.
The skills needed to play the role are the knowledge of the basic software design techniques as well as the knowledge of the main development tools related to the design of PLCs and HMIs of the most used brands in the sector (Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider, Omron, etc.).
A Junior software designer knows how to work in a team and is problem-oriented.
