Distinctive elements

The system is realized with the joint use of differenttechnologies, each conveyor zone and monorail is managed through a Master PLC that communicates in Bus Asi with all the compact starter conveyors present in the zone and each equipped with switch safety devices, contactors, inverters for all motors on board, motor protections, I / O modules. It is also planned to interface via wireless connection with the monorail system on the product handling trolleys.
In a special control room there is a general plant supervision PC both for the conveyance areas and for the monorail and various client PC workstations.
