Construction of command and control panels for 1 Roll Royce methane gas engine of 7 MW.

Description of the supply

Executive design, control software, supply of electrical and automation panels for the supply, and control of the entire system.

Siemens, DEIF, ABB.

Distinctive elements

Integration of the PLC of the auxiliary panels with the engine control and command panel. The motor supplies directly to the factory in medium voltage (6.6 kV) for the supply of the various utilities.

Trigeneration plant: simultaneous production of electrical, thermal and cooling energy.
The system works by means of a cogenerator combined with an absorption refrigeration unit that transforms the thermal energy into cooling energy through the change in the state of the refrigerant. Therefore, there are economic advantages over traditional ones.
