Water Treatment Plant at Dembidolo Area, Ethiopia

Righi Elettroservizi SpA was nominated as a Technology Partner for the Project  “Water” Development in Dembidolo Ethiopia funded by the “Ministry of Water, Irrigation & Energy”.

Righi Elettroservizi SpA did the job to realize a complete Water Treatment Plant; Water will be treated, purified and Drinkable to be relocated in the water main lines and lastly has to be available for the population of the city.

The project, built in according to the best standards of engineering and manufacturing, is, of course, an high-quality, flexible system that is perfectly fit and integrated into the Water Treatment Plant.

In greater detail, the entire Water Treatment Plant is powered and controlled by a power center, that includes an important component of automation represented by PLC and PC, it can also communicate through radio bridge with the most dislocated parts of the Plant such as filtering tanks and drinking water tanks at the service of the City.

All the operations can be carried out by remote control stations and locally through the use of interface represented by HMI panel, on this component you will be able to view all the parameters that characterize the operation of the complex system.

The Water Treatment Plant manufactured in according with the most modern and efficient conceptions and with the very latest technology to allow to obtain very high water quality.

The access to the drinkable water, which is very precious, will permit to the people of Dembidolo to have less illnesses and at the same time will provide the basis for better nutrition.

The Training and awareness on optimized use of water will help to improve the use of sanitation and protection of human health.
